A boutique studio with broad reach.
Tailoring architectural services to varied ventures, IRP maintains strong connections and knowledge across institutional and community projects, alongside an extensive residential portfolio.
Our valued clients bring design challenges that vary in scope, complexity and cultural background — and many return to us, project after project.
We are proud that so many repeat clients continue to appreciate the friendly, pro-active service our team delivers. From conceptual designs to 3D modelling to scheduling, IRP involves itself in the whole process — adept at fulfilling every aspect of our clients' requirements.
Forever homes
As lead director, Nives designs forever homes — adaptable houses that meet life's circumstances as they change. These often entail master plans for the whole site and outdoor living, developing as a family's needs and budget evolve.
IRP has won awards for new residential designs both below and over $2 million, and for renovations of small rural homes across the greater Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions. Nives is also accredited to approve LHA designs and is cognisant of NDIS requirements.
Public works
IRP has built strong bonds within the community through public works that improve educational and sporting facilities. As local school architect, IRP led a master plan and collaborated with a government-appointed architect on an extensive multipurpose hall.
Our educational work spans resource centres, amphitheatre stages, amenity blocks and halls at primary schools, plus a multi-level science and classroom block. We also have experience with religious establishments and public clubs — soccer, gymnastic and country clubs.
Care & government
Nives has extensive experience in aged care and the specific requirements of caring for our most vulnerable, and can assist with health and childcare centres. Our firm collaborates with other reputable Brisbane practices on large master-planning projects.
Her creative planning and problem-solving is evident in projects across Queensland, NSW and Victoria — for the Departments of Child Safety, Youth and Women, Juvenile Justice and Correctional Services, as well as Home Affairs projects throughout Australia.
